Important Dates:

April 15 - Completed applications must be postmarked by this date. No applications postmarked after this date will be accepted. Do not hand deliver applications after this date; they will not be accepted.

May 15 - Notification of acceptance to the Academy will be sent out on this date.

Please complete forms 4, 5, 6, and 7 and mail them together in hardcopy to the address given. The teacher and counselor/principal recommendations should be sent along with the rest of the application materials. Have your teacher and counselor or principal seal their recommendation in a separate envelope and sign over the back flap. Place these envelopes in with the rest of your application package. This will ensure that all of your materials arrive together.

Do not submit electronically, and do not send in incomplete application packages.
